Hopefully, this will be my last appearance at the INT250 level, as I\u2019m looking forward to competing \u2014 and making my mark \u2014 in the more advanced tournaments.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In the final<\/strong>, I faced one of my closest tennis partners and sparring teammates \u2014 someone with whom I\u2019ve shared countless hours on court. The match was competitive and full of respect, ending with a 7\u20135, 6\u20131<\/strong> victory.<\/p>

The sessions spanned topics such as electricity market design, strong conic relaxations, system reliability with deep learning, hybrid markets for renewable integration, and optimization under uncertainty. It combined academic lectures, technical workshops, site visits to hybrid power plants, and unforgettable social experiences.<\/p>

During this event, I had the opportunity to present my 10-month milestone and share the progress of my PhD research, which focuses on the challenges posed by uncontrolled Electric Vehicle (EV) penetration in distribution networks and the flexibility potential of future smart EVs.

I am thrilled to share that I recently participated in the ROOKIE 100 Autumn 2024 Tournament organized by Tennis4all Cyprus, a vibrant tennis community in Limassol that brings together amateur players for fun and competition. Over the past three months, I worked hard, competing in five consecutive matches. With determination and consistent effort, I managed to secure my first tournament victory! Winning the final match with a score of 6-1, 1-6, 6-3 was the highlight of this journey. Hosted at the Austrian Institute of Technology (AIT), this workshop offered a profound exploration into the latest advancements and challenges in grid-forming inverter technology. Particularly enlightening was the practical lab tour, where we observed and simulated events using hardware-in-the-loop experiments.<\/span><\/p>\n

We focus on developing technical requirements for integrating Energy Storage Systems (ESS) into the power grid. Additionally, we define technical standards for grid-forming inverters to maintain grid stability, ensuring they can operate independently and support key grid functions such as voltage and frequency regulation.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

At 2018 after a lot of research, i started my first online printing business (Art Your Own). More specifically i had bought the first equipment and started a company printing customized gifts like mugs, T-shirts, keyrings, and many other staff. Until Today I maintain my involvement with it mostly for entertainment purposes.<\/p>\n
